Thank you so much for the quick response time and being on time. Called in late Wednesday night and had an appointment first thing Friday morning (was not an emergency). We would definitely recommend them.read more

True family business that does it all. I've been happy to work with Weeks on commercial new builds, a new home, and maintenance and repair. It's nice to have once company that can handle every plumbing situation. When people ask, "who's your plumber?" the answer is always Weeks.read more

Impeccable service from the initial phone call to finished. I reside in Delaware and asked Laurie if they covered this area and right away I was called back and told yes. I was able to get this job done for $200.00 dollars less than what the Delaware Companies were asking for. The Technician Tommy had a great demeanor and performed the job well. I will certainly call Weeks again for any future needs. Thanks!read more

We had several small issues that needed attention and when our pump went out in the basement we decided to have all issues fixed at the same time. We called Weeks Plumbing along with some other competitors and decided to go with Weeks. When the technician (Josh) arrived he was very courteous and knowledgeable. I showed him all of the issues we were having and he was able to look at each item and fix or replace all problem items. Josh completed all jobs very efficiently and made sure to explain and show me what he did to correct each problem.read more

We had a polar vortex recently. Two days of sub zero temps. The pipes in my well house froze and broke at the solder joint. I called on a Thursday evening and Loretta called me back early Friday morning. She told me she would have someone out as soon as possible. An hour later Courtney shows up, having driven to my house through 6 inches of fresh snow. Another hour and I had running water. Now comes the bill. I expected a hefty one, given the weather, my short notice and the fact that the Weeks team was super busy. Nope, standard repair fee. Weeks Plumbing could have tacked on all kinds of extras to the bill given the circumstances, but I couldn't have paid less if my pipes would have burst on a sunny day in June and given me two weeks advance notice. Thank you Scott, Loretta and Courtney for the exceptional service, integrity and a job well done.read more

Best in the business at customer service. Even when the technician was running late (which is always the case for service calls) they called me with plenty of notice to let me know. Technician was friendly, courteous(put on booties over his shoes and even the feet of his ladder), and got the job done same day. The owners were also nice enough to send me a thank you card letting me know that my business was appreciated. I wish every service company was run like this!read more

They were able to schedule me in very quickly. Josh was very professional and efficient. They charge by the job, not the hour and the price was more than fair. They even called later to see if everything was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!read more

I'm sure you've heard of Black Friday, but have you heard of Brown Friday?! It's a "plumbing term" to describe what happens the day after Thanksgiving - when someone has a house full of people and drain systems become overloaded! Keep these precautions in mind when the family is visiting:
1. Don't push grease, meat, celery, or egg shells down your sink disposal. These are notorious problem makers. And, make sure you are running plenty of hot water down the drain along with ANY items you are putting in the disposal.
2. No matter if you're in the city or the country, make sure family members know not to flush anything but human waste and toilet paper. Feminine products, bathroom wipes, q-tips and cotton balls can cause huge problems when flushed.

Here's hoping you have a joyful, stress-free Thanksgiving!

We backed up our garbage disposal with celery during our wedding rehearsal dinner on a holiday weekend. Mark Reed brought the garden hose in through the kitchen window to blast out the clog.... my mother and I about died watching him!

Weeks plumbing bailed us out one Easter with an egg shell disaster. Who knew two dozen egg shells would do that? I do now.

We clogged our disposal with potato peels one Easter. the plumber said he always knows he'll be busy the day after Thanksgiving and the day after Easter/

Dear Weeks Plumbing, thank you for still taking care of us even when we did ALL OF #1 on New Year’s Eve a few years ago. You da best.

So flushable wipes aren't flushable?! 😜 We learned that lesson at our house once. What a mess! Don't. Do. It.
